If you require assistance to leave your home (including assisted and independent living facilities), or if leaving your home requires significant effort, you may qualify for home health services.Coverage / Service Areas
PROS works with a variety of organizations to ensure your care is covered. Contact PROS to find out if you meet certain conditions for coverage through Medicare/Medicaid or to ensure services are covered by your insurance carrier.
